House Info
House Rules
- No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Check-In/Check-Out: check -in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
- Local Reservations: Reservations from guests within the area are not allowed. Please contact us if you are booking within our area.
- No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on decks and porch. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
- No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
- Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed 6 people per Chelan County Regulations. One exterior camera is in use.
- Quiet Time - 10pm to 8am per Chelan County Regulations
- Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. If any pets are seen, a charge of $100 per pet will be charged for extra cleaning.
- Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and can not be used during the stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified.
- Internet and Cable TV Service: Wireless internet/cable TV is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet/cable TV service problems.
- Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

We offer automated, contactless check -in and check-out. We will share the door code with you 1 day before your arrival.
Check-in after 4:00 pm.

Remember there are no inside stairs between 1st Floor and Lower Level. This video shows you how to get to Lower Level.
Departure
The procedures for check out is:
Start a dishwasher load (if needed) before you leave. Dishwasher pods are under the sink.
Lock the doors as you leave.

Note these filters will NOT get ride of cigarette smoke. There is no smoking at Wapato Lake Waterfront Retreat.
Gas Fire Place
This amentity can only be used in Spring, Fall, and Winter. This Fire Place CANNOT be used in Summer. It will create too much heat.

Shed
The Shed is available to all guests. It is a play place for kids. It is full of kids toys and a couple of adult toys. You may also store your bicycles in the shed, just move the rug. You can lock the shed with your bicycles in it at night
It should be open but if not:
- User Code 7243
- enter the user code into key pad
- Rotate the thumbturn toward the hinges
There is also an emergency key located in the drawer in the kitchen, if the lock can not be opened with combination.
If you have any problems accessing the shed, let me know.

Garbage Can Location
The garbage can is located next to the fence where you drove in. See Video for location.
Make sure you put in can with our address on it as the neighbors also have their cans here also.
Garbage Day is Thursday. On Wednesday evening please fill up the cans and pull them 5' away from fence (towards road) otherwise they won't get picked up. Thank you!

Bicycle Storage
We provide a lockable storage area for your road or mountain bicycles in as private shed.
You may store your Bicycles in the shed, just move the rug.
