You may have noticed a strange-looking white object by the northeast corner of the courtyard – this is our Ambient Weather WS-2902D Osprey Solar Powered Wireless Weather Station for The Outpost. It is paired with the display screen at the kitchen table. We hope you will find it useful for weather conditions up here in the mountains!

How to connect your mobile device to the Outpost Weather Station:

1.    Download the Ambient Weather Network (AWN) app.

2.    Open app.

3.    Select ‘Always’ when using app.

4.    Click search bar magnifying glass.

5.    Type in 2877 Keese Rd.

6.     Now you have all the weather stats at your fingertips whenever you are out-and-about!

How to read the display in the cabin:

Display buttons:

1.    Do not push set.

2.    Cycle through Temperature, Wind, & Pressure, as needed.

3.    Light/Snooze: Press to turn off screen.
