We have some fancy-dancy fans up in here so try the following if you can’t get the fans to work:

1.    Flip fan wall switch up and wait 1 second, fan will kick on. If it does not, then someone changed a setting on the remote (a.k.a. fan receiver).

2.    Remotes are white and mounted on the wall.

3.    Point the remote at fan and press the black up triangle to turn on fan.

4.    Check coin batteries: Batteries located in top left drawer island. Each remote takes two CR2032 Lithium Coin Cell batteries.

5.    Reset Bluetooth: Open remote, turn fan power on, press and hold SET button with a ball-pen or similar object on back of remote for 5 seconds AND within 60 seconds of powering fan in order to synchronize with fan motor.

6.    The fan model is Fanimation MAD7912B. 

7.     The remote model is Fanimation TW206.
