Check-Out Instructions
Check-out is anytime before or at 11:00 am.
Need to check-out later? Follow these steps:
a. Go to your Hostaway Guest Portal by opening the email you received, “Thank You For Booking!” You will find the portal under item #2. Select the portal link. If you cannot locate the email, ask us and we will send you the portal link.
b. Scroll down and on the left side you will see, “Enhance your stay.”
c. Select Late Check Out Request.
d. Follow the instructions.

To help us prepare for our next guest, please lend a hand with these items before you leave:
1. Make sure to pack up all your belongings. We're happy to send lost and found items back to you at your request, but we will charge your card on file $20 flat fee for the cost of postage, shipping, & handling — so double check for that phone charger!
2. Place all towels in the washing machine but do not turn it on. Leave sheets on the bed.
3. Housekeeping will take care of all garbage and ashes from the firepit and fireplace. Do not throw ashes over the fence or in the garbage.
4. Help save energy by turning off all lights and setting thermometer to 72 degrees.
5. Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher.
6. Place both sets of keys back in the Keybox. Tap the lock symbol to wake up the device, enter your code, then tap the lock symbol again. Swing the keypad downward to open and hang your two keys. The Keybox locks automatically when closed.
7. Secure all gates to keep the animals out.
8. Do not set the alarm.
