Router Issues:

The router is located on the shelf in the laundry room. If the internet goes out, try the steps below to reset, or call our 24/7 help center at 830-271-4130. If you are having problems getting through, then please call us at 832-375-5411 or 713-858-1623 and we will call the internet company.

STEPS: If the internet is not working, then the modem / router may be offline. Blue & red on the router means it’s offline:

The reset button for the Viasat ARIA2210 router is located on the back of the device. To reset the router:

1. Press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds until the lights flash red, green, and blue, then
2. Release the button and wait for a slow blinking white light, which can take a couple of minutes. 

If that does not work, you can also reboot the Viasat router by unplugging the modem's power cord from the wall, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. It may take a few minutes for the device to reconnect.
