If you have booked directly, check out is 11am. If you have booked via a third party such as Booking.com, Airbnb and VRBO, check out is 10am. Please return the key to the lockbox when exiting the property.&nbsp;

Checking out

A lockbox with the key for the property can be found to the right of the front door on the wall, it is the top lockbox.The code for lockbox is 7046. If for any reason you cannot access this lockbox or the key is lost, then please contact me.Please note, any lost keys will incur a £50 replacement key fee.&nbsp;

House Rules

The property has a private driveway which is available for use. Take great care when manoeuvering your vehicle onto the drive.&nbsp;Alternatively, there is also free on-street parking directly outside of the property.

Parking

Although the House is professionally cleaned, please make every effort to empty the bins when necessary. Recycling collections are every Tuesday and black bins are collect every other Tuesday. Please try to recycle where possible.&nbsp;The Johnsons bin which states "LINEN ONLY" is not for rubbish, please do not open this bin.

Bins & Recycling

Turn the desired dial and push down, this should start the ignition.&nbsp;

Use the left knob to select the desired setting and the middle knob to set the desired temperature. The timer must be set using the right knob for the oven to work.&nbsp;

Oven

Tea, Coffee and Sugar are available for all guests. Basic kitchen utensils, such as a kettle and a toaster are available to use.&nbsp;

Kitchen Utilities

To put the heating on simply set the temperature to a higher temperature than the display temperature using the +/- buttons. A flame icon should appear to the right and this indicates the heating is on. Please ensure the heating is off when leaving the premises by setting the temperature down to 11 degrees.&nbsp;

Thermostat

In the event of an Emergency, please call 999 or 112. In the event of non-urgent medical issue please call 111.In the event of an emergency the emergency lighting will guide you the exit of the property.&nbsp;A fire blanket can be found in the cupboard next to the hob.&nbsp;If you need to contact myself you can call me or contact me via Whatsapp on +44 7932076315.
