Check In
Check-in is anytime after 1:00 PM CST.
Please contact us if you need early check-in and we will do our best to accommodate.
We offer self-check via a door lock, and will send you an access code the day before your arrival.
- To unlock: type the numbers on the keypad followed by the padlock icon.
- To lock: press the padlock icon in the lower-right corner.
There is free parking anywhere on the street.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM CST.
To help us prepare for our next guest, please lend a hand with these items before you leave:
- Leave used towels in the pink and white laundry bin
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Check for all belongings!
- Lock the front door as you exit by hitting the pound key (#)

Check Out
Tiny Rules for the Stay
Please follow these rules throughout your stay:
- No smoking inside on the property, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed only on the back deck.
- Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No loud music, parties, events, or disruptive behavior.
- Please remove your shoes when entering the house. You may leave them near the entryway on the chest.
- Pets are not allowed and a fee of $185 pet fee per pet will be applied for rule violation.

The WiFi is Starlink and the router is located in an enclosed safety box. Please contact us via email or text if troubleshooting is required.
Kitchen
Feel free to use our various kitchen appliances during your stay.
Oven: The stove is electric. Please monitor boiling water or items to prevent spillage.
Coffee: single serving keurig coffee maker is in the cupboard next to the sink.
Microwave: built into the wall next to the fridge
Dishwasher: Dishwasher pods are located under the sink. Please place one pod in tray on the door, choose normal wash, and press start.
Outdoor Kitchen: The outdoor kitchen features an electric grill, a roaster, a small fridge, and storage cabinets. It is availble for use. Please clean post use and avoid leaving meat or food in or on the grill due due to wildlife.
Trash and Recycling
Please separate your trash and recycling, and place them in the appropriate bins in the kitchen. Our town uses single-stream recycling, so there is no need to separate your recycling further.
If the receptacles in the kitchen become full during your stay, then please put all trash and recycling in the garbage cans located on the side of the house. Please don't leave trash on top or on the side of the garbage can. If all cans are full, please let us know due to wildlife.
Backyard
Grill: There is a gas and electric grill on the deck. Please remember to close the propane tank and scrape clean when finished. An extra propane tank is located on the deck in case you run out.
Firepit: There is wood for the firepit located on the front porch as well as an additional wood pile on the side of the house. Please use your S’mores Making Kit ☺

There is a fire extinguisher on the counter in the kitchen. A first-aid kit is available in the bathroom cabinet.
