Check In
We look forward to hosting you during your stay!
Check-in is anytime after 3pm.
We offer keyless entry, and will share your code with you 2 days before your check-in date.
Once you arrive in your unit, please do a thorough walk-through and let us know right away if there is anything that needs attention.
Check Out
Check out is before 11am on the day of your departure.
Before you leave, please:
- Close and lock all windows
- Turn off heating/cooling
- Log out of your apps on the TV
- Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Check for all belongings

House Rules
No Smoking
Our house is strictly non-smoking. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the house or on the patio.
Noise
The neighborhood has quiet hours between 10pm and 7am every day, including weekends. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep TV and music volume down during these hours.
Pets
Pets must be approved on a case by case basis, and require a $75 pre-paid pet fee. Please message us if you'd like to to bring your pet.

Pantry Items
A starter pack of common pantry items will be provided when you check in. Please let us know if this is missing when you arrive.
Heating and Cooling
The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted on the wall mounted control in the living room.
Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Living Room TV
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
Live television is connected through YouTube TV. Please select the home/menu button on your TV remote. Scroll to apps and select YouTube TV. You will now have access to multiple live TV Channels.
Please remember to sign out of all of your apps before you check out.
Trash & Recycling
There are garbage and recycling bins on the side of the garage.
Please place recycling in the BLUE bin and break down any large boxes or packages. No sorting is required.
The following items can be recycled:
- Aluminum and steel cans - and lids.
- Flattened cardboard and pizza boxes (free of food and grease). Plastic bottles/jugs.
- Newspaper, magazines, catalogs, junk mail, computer paper, cereal and other dry food boxes and phone books.
- Glass bottles and jars.
- Cartons and juice boxes.
- Shredded Paper (place in a clear plastic bag before placing in blue cart)
These items CANNOT be recycled:
- No trash or yard waste. The blue cart is for recyclables only.
- No garbage bags or other plastic bags.
- No hazardous materials, such as oil, pesticides, paints, cleaners or batteries.
- No syringes/needles.
- No Styrofoam.
- No electronics or light bulbs.
- No window glass, mirrors, dinnerware, ceramics or pots and pans.
- No food.
- No foil juice pouches.
Emergency
In case of an emergency, dial 911.
There is a fire extinguisher on the counter in the kitchen. A first-aid kit is available in the bathroom cabinet.
