No SmokingOur house&nbsp;is&nbsp;strictly non-smoking.&nbsp;Please do not smoke anywhere inside the house or on the patio. NoiseThe neighborhood has quiet hours between 10pm and 7am every day, including weekends. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep TV and music volume down during these hours. PetsPets must be approved on a case by case basis, and require a $75 pre-paid pet fee. Please message us if you'd like to to bring your pet.

Pantry Items

Your kitchen is well-appointed with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.Please select a category below to learn more. Notify our office if something is missing or requires replacement.

Kitchen

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted on the wall mounted control in the living room.Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Heating and Cooling

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Live television is connected through YouTube TV. Please select the home/menu button on your TV remote. Scroll to apps and select YouTube TV. You will now have access to multiple live TV Channels.Please remember to sign out of all of your apps before you check out.

Living Room TV

There are garbage and recycling bins on the side of the garage.Please place recycling in the BLUE bin and break down any large boxes or packages. No sorting is required.The following items can be recycled:<ul><li>Aluminum and steel cans - and lids. </li><li>Flattened cardboard and pizza boxes (free of food and grease). Plastic bottles/jugs. </li><li>Newspaper, magazines, catalogs, junk mail, computer paper, cereal and other dry food boxes and phone books. </li><li>Glass bottles and jars. </li><li>Cartons and juice boxes. </li><li>Shredded Paper (place in a clear plastic bag before placing in blue cart)</li></ul>These items CANNOT be recycled:<ul><li>No trash or yard waste.&nbsp; The blue cart is for recyclables only. </li><li>No garbage bags or other plastic bags. </li><li>No hazardous materials, such as oil, pesticides, paints, cleaners or batteries. </li><li>No syringes/needles.</li><li>No Styrofoam.</li><li>No electronics or light bulbs.</li><li>No window glass, mirrors, dinnerware, ceramics or pots and pans.</li><li>No food.</li><li>No foil juice pouches.</li></ul>
