Pool cleaning services are provided every&nbsp;&nbsp;Monday, Wednesday and Saturday between 06:00am - 15:00pm for approximately one hour.Gardening Company Services are provided every Monday between 08:00am - 15:00pm for approximately one-two hours.

Wifi

Please turn on the heater for no more than 30-40 minutes. The fuse to activate the water heater is located on the upper floor, in the laundry room, behind the door.The sinks and showers are equipped with water-saving features, and the water pressure cannot be adjusted higher than it currently is. This helps both you and us contribute to environmental protection by reducing unnecessary water waste. Please avoid wasting water unless absolutely necessary.

Please avoid leaving the heating or cooling systems on when not necessary.
