Life Jackets are required for each person when out on the water in the boat, kayak, and or paddleboards. These life jackets are located on the dock inside the deck box or under the seats of the boat. Adults must have the life jackets on the vessel but dont have to wear them and children under 13 years old are required to wear the life jackets when out on the water.No Towing-&nbsp;The Town of Lake Lure prohibits vacation rental guests from towing of any kind. The pontoon boat is exclusively for our guests and can be rented for a seperate fee at any time during your stay. Once you have rented the boat you will need to take a "Boating Course and Test" from The Town of Lake Lure in order to have a license to operate a boat on Lake Lure. Once this is completed Brody will meet you to give you the keys and some basic instructions on how to use the boat.
