There are 3 parking spots for our property. These are all located right next to the house. These 3 spots are in a line and are parallel type parking spots. Our house is the last house on the road but there are full time residents just past our house so please be aware when parking to leave room for a single lane of cars to come by.

Parking

Please put all trash in trash bags and dispose of them in the cans located in the black metal trash bin. Please make sure door is secured. This is a bear proof bin that will deter unwanted visitors.Trash is collected on Monday mornings and they will only take the trash that is in bags and located in metal bin. Please don't leave trash on top or on the side of the garbage bin or outside on any of the decks. If all cans are full, please let us know and we will come remove it from the property.

Trash

The light switches that arent obvious what they operate are labeled and the remote controls should be located in the holder mounted on the wall or on a table or nightstand within the room. Some of the lights have a delay on the bulbs so when turning a light on if it doesnt come on immediately please wait a few seconds and it will come on.&nbsp;

Please follow these rules throughout your stay:<ul><li>No smoking&nbsp;inside the property, including e-cigarettes.</li></ul> <ul><li>Town of Lake Lure quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.&nbsp;No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior is allowed at any time.&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>No Pets are allowed under any circumstances</li></ul> <ul><li>Parking&nbsp;is limited to 3 cars.
