Open it using the code: 0000 Inside you will find the keys for:

• the building entrance

• the parking garage

We provide many amenities for our tourists, everything you see in the apartment, you can use, it is done for your convenience, do not hesitate here are some of them: (picture N1 & N2)

We have prepared everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, cutlery, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all the basic cooking essentials.Also, in the second picture you can see that in the kitchen cabinets there are some spices, oil, salt, and other cooking supplies, so we strongly recommend that you inspect the kitchen equipment before going to the store to avoid unnecessary expenses. Our apartments also have a tap with filtered, clean drinking water, located next to the main tap in the kitchen area, so you can refrain from buying water. You are free to use everything during your stay.
There is also a mini-bar in the refrigerator with drinks and basic refreshments. The mini-bar is refreshed and prepared for every new guest to ensure everything is clean and ready.

For your comfort the apartment also includes a washing machine with cleaning supplies, bathroom essentials, towels, and storage space.

You will find smart TVs, a game console, and other small conveniences designed to make your stay more enjoyable.

All equipment and appliances are regularly checked and maintained to make sure everything works properly and is always available for guests.

Please feel free to use everything in the apartment — it is all prepared for your comfort. We hope you enjoy your stay.

For your convenience, our apartments also provide many amenities.

A washing machine and to the right of it in the drawer you can find cleaning tablets, a dishwasher, a PS4 with an already opened account and the ability to connect your account, smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube, and other programs. 

In the cold season, you can use the air conditioners by turning them on for heat, and in the hot season, you can turn them on for cold, to feel comfortable in any weather. All air conditioner control is done through white remote controls in the bedroom and in the living room. Also, if you are cold, you can find extra blankets and duvets in the closets, and if it is raining outside, there are also two umbrellas in the closet to keep you from getting wet.

You can use absolutely everything that is inside the apartment. If you think that something is missing, just look carefully and you will definitely find something that might be useful to you. Do not hesitate to use everything that you see because it is provided specifically for your convenience and comfort. If you need any additional help, we are always in touch for you.

Our apartments are famous not only for their high level of comfort, but also for their balcony and terrace. When you go outside (from the living room or kitchen), you are greeted by a small, cozy balcony. Between the chairs lies an organizer with candles and mosquito repellent devices. Climbing the stairs up, you find yourself in our terrace area. This area is strictly private and is yours alone, so don't worry, no one will disturb your peace or take your place. It is completely at your disposal. You can find pillows in the drawer on the terrace, and you can open an umbrella if the sun gets in the way too much. ‼️Be careful in windy weather‼️

Our apartments provide free underground parking.
The apartment is located on a two-way street, although it may seem narrow, but don't be afraid to drive in both directions.

To get from the apartment to the parking lot, you will need to drive down the street without turning anywhere until you reach the traffic light with an intersection, turn right and drive to the end of the street until you see the exit to the underground parking lot immediately after the surface parking lot.

Go down, and on the left of the gate there will be a keyhole where you can use the second green keys

You can choose any parking spot you want, but be careful not to take a reserved spot.(Some spots are marked "reserved" and have a car number. Please don't take that spot, but choose any empty one.)

To exit the parking lot, press the button on the left wall when exiting.

⚠️Be careful, the doors open inwards, don't hit your car.‼️

Check-out time is from 10:00 to 11:00, be careful because the cleaning company comes right after the check out time!

‼️When leaving, be careful not to leave your personal belongings inside.‼️

There are two places where you can leave your keys: inside the apartment above the washing machine on the table, or downstairs in our mailbox. (look at pictures)

By pressing the button on the smart lock twice in a row, you can leave the apartment and slam the door, and it will close automatically.

If your car is parked in your underground parking, you will have to return and leave the keys in the mailbox.
