The entrance to the building is on the corner, door number 11. Open it using the slider in the program with the code we provided you after online check-in. Follow the steps to the third floor. The light can be turned on by pressing the button on each floor, which is illuminated by small beams of light. Proceed to the third floor (this is the last residential floor in this building; if you go higher, there is a terrace and roof). The door is located on the very left in a niche behind the steps to the roof. Use the code or slider to enter.

You don't have physical keys; everything happens through a program we provide you with access to. If you want to use the elevator, you need to request an elevator key from us in advance.

All control is done via phone; you can also open and close the apartment doors from inside with a white smart lock. The instructions are located directly on the leaving door.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a wide selection of cookware, utensils, and accessories, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. For coffee lovers, a bean-to-cup coffee machine is ready to use, providing fresh coffee anytime you like.

We also provide a refreshed and restocked minibar, along with filtered drinking water directly from the tap for your convenience.

Throughout the apartment, you’ll have access to thoughtful extras such as an iron, hair dryer, and a range of personal care products including shower gels and essentials for daily comfort. In the bedroom, additional blankets, pillows, and soft throws are available to ensure maximum coziness.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that can be used both for cooling during warm days and heating during colder seasons, allowing you to maintain the perfect temperature all year round.
You’ll also find practical touches for everyday situations — for example, umbrellas are available in case of rainy weather.

For your entertainment, the apartment is equipped with smart TVs, giving you access to popular streaming platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, and other applications. Our apartments can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to a third extra bed.

The third bed is in the living room, it's a fold-out sofa. Pull the handle at the bottom and the pull-out part will slide out, turning the sofa into a bed. For added convenience, there's a topper in the closet in the bedroom. Take it out and place it on the fold-out sofa.

We have a smart lock installed that opens with a slider or a code. The code menu is located to the right of the door near the doorbell.Below I will attach photos with instructions for use from the inside of the apartment, the instructions will help you with information on closing and opening the door

The lower door opens with a slider in the program that we give you access to after online check-in. When you go outside, you have a button to open the doorPress it and wait for the door to open. Be careful with the lasers located in the step area. If you stand there and close the laser, the door won't open.

There is an elevator in our building, but there is a catch: it is very difficult to use and moves very slowly, so we do not recommend using it. However, if you need the elevator, request a key in advance. Below you can read the instructions on how to use it.

To call or unlock the elevator, put the key-tablet in place and hold down the button. Do not release the key and button until the elevator arrives at your floor and the door unlocks.

When the elevator arrives, you will hear a click and the door will open.

The same situation is inside the elevator. Our apartments are on the third floor. You need to close the door, hold down the key and the button at the same time until you reach the floor you have chosen and hear the door open.Be careful with the lasers that are on the edge of the elevator, if you touch them, or your bag or backpack will be detected by the lasers, the elevator will stop until the space between the lasers is clearAfter you arrive and leave, you will need to put the key-tablet to lock the door, this is done so that others can use the elevator, because if you leave and just close the door, other people will not be able to call this elevator,

If you arrive by car, you have several parking options.

A free option is to find a free spot on the street near the apartments. Be careful, as the only free spots are those with a white border. Yellow and blue ones are paid, and standing on them can result in a fine.

There is also a parking lot right next to the apartment, but it is paid,

the entrance to it is on Via Adda 7, as shown in the picture , the cost is 1 euro per hour, but if you leave your car for more than 10 hours, the price from 10 to 24 hours of parking will be the same 10 euros.

this is a multi-storey car park, the cost is still the same, 1 euro per hour, and for more than 10 hours of parking up to 24 hours of parking you pay 10 euros

But it may be more convenient for electric cars, because this parking lot has a charger for electric cars, if you park your car there to charge, parking will be free for this time of charging, you will only need to pay for charging

Check-out time is from 6:00 to 12:00, be careful because the cleaning company comes right after the check out time!

By pressing the button on the smart lock twice in a row, you can leave the apartment and slam the door, and it will close automatically.

If you have elevator keys, please leave them on the locker when you leave the apartment.
