Hi, this is Alicia's Inn team and we are very excited to welcome you. To ensure your experience is enjoyable and smooth, this digital guestbook has been created with you in mind. House Info

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time is from 3 pm to 5 pm. Early check-in is possible if the room is already ready and it is free of charge, otherwise, you can leave your luggage at the reception. 

If you are arriving after 5 pm, please advise us of your expected time of arrival so we can make arrangements and properly accommodate you. Upon arrival, please ring the intercom or have the taxi call us at +1(721) 586-1522

Getting to Alicia's Inn from the Airport or Port (Google Map)


From Alicia's Inn:
The front desk can call a taxi for you, just let us know at least 1 hour in advance. If you need the taxi before 10 am, please let us know the day before so we can arrange it. Note that we have screened our on-call taxis and they are courteous and dependable. 

From the Airport:
From the Princess Juliana Airport on the Dutch side, you can take a taxi to Alicia's Inn located in Philipbsburg. There are taxis at the arrival hall and you can ask the dispatcher to assign you a taxi. 
From Grand Case Airport on the French side, there are taxis upon arrival. As for a taxi to Philipsburg, Backstreet 42 to get to Alicia's Inn. 

From Bobby's Marina:
Take a taxi from Bobby's Marina or you can even go on foot from the boat(Dawn or St. Barth's Ferry).

From  the  Cruise Terminal:
The cruise terminal is about 8 minutes by taxi. If you are coming off the ship there is a taxi at the port that can take you to Alicia's Inn. *If you have large pieces of luggage it is best to take a taxi. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. 

On the Bus:
There are small buses that go from Princess Juliana Airport to Alicia's Inn. But this is only advisable if you have minimal luggage. 

Room and Building Access Card

At check-in, all guests will receive a card key to access their room. If additional keys are needed please request at the front desk upon check-in. 
Note: Please do not bend the card as it deactivates the key.

-    To open the main gate at the street, place the card on the keypad for a few seconds at the entrance. 
-    To open the gate from inside, just swipe your hands on the red lighted circle at the entrance. 
-   To open your room place the card on the black plate above the handle. 

Free WIFI

All guest get access to free wifi. When you check in at front desk a code will be provided. 

  1. Go to setting on your device 
  2. Look for the WIFI Name: Alicia's_Inn_Guest
  3. Click on the name and a page will open. See image below.
  4. Put in the code with the middle dash provided by front desk.
  5. Ensure it connects. 
  6. Please do this before front desk closes at 5 pm or at time of check-in.


Closest Beach (5 minute walk)

Our closest beach is the Great Bay. Beach towels  are available at front desk free of charge. 

House Rules*

Please keep the following house rules in mind:
  • Checkout time is 11 am.
  • Front desk hours are from 9 am to 5 pm. In case of late arrival, we will stay open. However, if you need us outside the inn please contact us through WhatsApp(+1721 586-1522) or ring the intercom outside. 
  • All guests are required to put a security deposit of $ 100 or a credit card on file. At check out, the cash deposit will be returned and the card won’t be charged if there are no damages and lost items in the room.
  • If you have to leave early please advise in advance so we can give instructions. 
  • No smoking in the room. Penalty is applicable if the house rule has not been adhered to. 
  • We encourage you to let us know if anything is not working or if our instructions are not clear. We will ensure your needs are addressed. 

In the Room

Our goal is always to provide exceptionally clean rooms for our guests. All our rooms have a working microwave, a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a television with Amazon Firestick. If you need assistance in using the coffee maker or if any of the appliances are not working, please let us know and we will address your concern immediately. 


The inn uses a 110V/American-style outlet and USB charger outlets are also available. 


The bathroom has a warm and cold shower. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided. The vanity has a soap dispenser. And clean towels are provided for the guests.

Parking In the Area

Alicia's Inn does not have a parking space. Guests with rental cars can park on Cannegieter Street or in the limited parking on the Backstreet.

Day- Daytime can be very busy in Philipsburg and street parking is limited. Paid parking is available during the day at $2/hour at Clem Labega Square or by the pond side. See map.

Night- Street parking is available during the night. We suggest parking on C. A. Cannegieter street next to WIB  bank to Gree Home as there is good lighting and cameras. Please be considerate and do not park in front of any entrances.

Public Transportation

Guests can take the local minibusses in front of Alicia's Inn. The buses run from 6:30 am to 7 pm. The buses run on both sides of the island French and Dutch. Please ask the front desk which bus to take to reach your destination. You can take the bus to Maho, Marigot, Orient Bay, Grand Case, and St. Peters to name a few places. 
When returning back to the hotel take the bus that says Philipsburg. 


NOTE: The fair depends on distance and the maximum is $2 one way. Always ask before entering to verify the cost and destination.
