    <li>Do not leave food out (on counters, pots, or pans), as it can attract rodents and cause unpleasant smells.</li>
    <li>Stainless steel cookware was chosen for your health — please keep it clean.</li>
    <li>No hot items or staining substances on countertops.</li>
    <li>Maintain a clean environment inside the apartment.</li>
    <li>Do not clean the apartment or linens with chemical-based cleaners or fragrances (we aim for a chemical-free environment).</li>

  <h2>🚽 Plumbing &amp; Bathrooms</h2>

    <li>Plumbing is sensitive — do not flush paper towels, feminine products, large amounts of hair, or anything other than toilet paper.</li>
    <li>Run the bathroom exhaust fan while showering and turn it off when complete.</li>
    <li>In the bathroom, only the left shower door slides — the right is fixed in place by design. Please do not force it.</li>

    <li>No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense. A $2000 fine applies.</li>
    <li>No open flames of any kind.</li>

    <li>If you use any exterior door, never leave it unlocked or ajar for more than 5 minutes.</li>
    <li>The front door locks automatically — make sure it closes fully.</li>
    <li>Do not leave doors partially open, especially in cold weather.</li>
