1. Check-In Time:

   • Check-in starts at 2 pm. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this schedule.

2. Check-In Location:

   • Head to our office at Shop 2/3142 Surfers Paradise Boulevard for a warm welcome.

3. Locked Box Code:

   • At 2 pm on your arrival day, we'll send you the code to the locked box via text and email. No rush—anytime after 2 pm works perfectly, even midnight if that is when you arrive!

4. Key Retrieval:

   • Open the locked box, find the envelope with your name, and take only that ONE envelope.

5. Inside the Envelope:

   • You will find two full sets of keys (including fobs/swipe cards) plus your stay instructions. This makes it easier for families and groups to come and go.

   • Please ensure both sets are returned to our office at the end of your stay. A fee of $165 per set applies if keys, fobs, or swipe cards are not returned.

6. Navigate with Ease:

   • Follow the enclosed instructions to find your designated car space and apartment. It's a breeze!

7. Video Guide:

   • Watch the video for a visual guide on collecting keys and navigating from our office. PS, there is also a map below that shows you how to walk from our office to the resort in just 6 minutes — designed to make the process a cinch!

8. Walk-Through:

   • Upon arrival, do a thorough walk-through. If anything needs attention, please let us know.

9. Communication:

   • Everything you need to know for your stay is in this guide. It is super easy to use. If there is anything we’ve forgotten to include, please reach out via text (+61 467 777 333) or email (bookings@hrsp.com.au).

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and that includes flexibility with your check-in and check-out times. Here's what you need to know:

Normal Check-In: The standard check-in time is anytime after 2 pm, and there's no extra charge for this.

Early Check-In Option:

If you prefer an earlier check-in at  12 pm (midday), or 1 pm, we offer this service at an additional cost to cover the expense of employing extra cleaners.

Here are the charges:

* 12 pm (midday): Additional $135

*1 pm: Additional $85

Availability:

Early check-in is subject to availability, and we recommend organizing this at least 36 hours before your arrival. Please contact us at bookings@hrsp.com.au to make arrangements.

Late Check-Out:

Late check-out is only available if organised at least 48 hours before your check out time and is subject to availability.  We will need to employ extra cleaners to prepare the apartment for the next guest hence this cannot be organised on your day of departure.  

Here are the options:

* 11 am: Additional $85  

* 12 pm (midday): Additional $135

Normal Check-Out Time: The standard check-out time is 10 am, and there's no charge for this.

* Please note, check out is by 10am on your day of departure.  

As your stay concludes, a few easy steps ensure a smooth check-out:

1. Tidy Up:

* Take out garbage and recycling.

* Turn off heating/cooling and all lights.

2. Kitchen Courtesy:

* Ensure the kitchen sparkles. Cleaners do not clean the kitchen, so please leave it gleaming for the next guest.

3. Belongings Check:

* Before you go, check for all your belongings. We want to make sure nothing is left behind.

4. Key Return:

* Pop the keys back into the locked box at our office's front. The code remains the same as when you checked in.

Note of Caution:

* Be mindful, additional cleaning charges (minimum $265) may apply if the apartment isn't left in a reasonable condition. This covers emergency cleaning for the next guest. We appreciate your help in keeping things spick-and-span!

* Cruise down the Hilton car park ramp, then take a right into the residents' car park section.

Swipe & Raise:

* Use the card from the envelope you picked up at our office to swipe at the card reader. Voila! The barrier arm lifts.

Card Intel:

* Your car park number and level info? It's right there on the swipe card for quick reference.

Extra Cars? No Problem:

Keep It Sealed: When the air conditioning is on, please ensure all external doors and windows are closed. It helps in maintaining the desired temperature and keeps the cool (or warm) air right where it belongs – inside!

Temperature Sweet Spots: In summer, set your A/C to a cool 24 degrees, and in winter, embrace the warmth with a cozy range of 18 to 20 degrees. It's the perfect recipe for comfort.

To activate the kitchen range hood extractor fan, follow these simple steps:

Keeping it Clean: Waste Disposal Guidelines

We've made waste disposal a breeze to ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Here's a quick guide:

Recyclables:

For recyclables, head to the Recycling Room in the basement at B1. Just take the elevator, follow the signs, and you'll find the designated area on the B1 level.

General Rubbish:

Dispose of general rubbish through the garbage chutes on each floor.  PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY RUBBISH ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE CHUTE.

CCTV Cameras & Cleanup: For everyone's safety, CCTV cameras are in operation. If rubbish is left on the floor under the rubbish chute, the Hilton will promptly dispatch a cleaner. Unfortunetly they will issue a minimum charge of $65 per item for this service, and detailed bills with date-stamped photos are issued for each infringement.
