We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and that includes flexibility with your check-in and check-out times. Here's what you need to know:

Normal Check-In: The standard check-in time is anytime after 2 pm, and there's no extra charge for this.

Early Check-In Option:

If you prefer an earlier check-in at  12 pm (midday), or 1 pm, we offer this service at an additional cost to cover the expense of employing extra cleaners.

Here are the charges:

* 12 pm (midday): Additional $135

*1 pm: Additional $85

Availability:

Early check-in is subject to availability, and we recommend organizing this at least 36 hours before your arrival. Please contact us at bookings@hrsp.com.au to make arrangements.

Late Check-Out:

Late check-out is only available if organised at least 48 hours before your check out time and is subject to availability.  We will need to employ extra cleaners to prepare the apartment for the next guest hence this cannot be organised on your day of departure.  

Here are the options:

* 11 am: Additional $85  

* 12 pm (midday): Additional $135

Normal Check-Out Time: The standard check-out time is 10 am, and there's no charge for this.
