Smooth Arrival, Enjoyable Stay: Your Easy Guide
Excitement awaits as you embark on your stay with us. Here's your simple guide to ensure a seamless arrival:
Check-In Time:
Check-in starts at 2 pm. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this schedule.
Check-In Location:
Head to our office at Shop 2/3142 Surfers Paradise Boulevard for a warm welcome.
Locked Box Code:
At 2 pm on your arrival day, we'll send you the code to the locked box via text and email. No rush—anytime after 2 pm works perfectly, even midnight if that is when you arrive!
Key Retrieval:
Open the locked box, find the envelope with your name, and take only that ONE envelope.
Inside the Envelope:
You will find two full sets of keys (including fobs/swipe cards) plus your stay instructions. This makes it easier for families and groups to come and go.
Please ensure both sets are returned to our office at the end of your stay. A fee of $165 per set applies if keys, fobs, or swipe cards are not returned.
Navigate with Ease:
Follow the enclosed instructions to find your designated car space and apartment. It's a breeze!
