* Cruise down the Hilton car park ramp, then take a right into the residents' car park section.

Swipe & Raise:

* Use the card from the envelope you picked up at our office to swipe at the card reader. Voila! The barrier arm lifts.

Card Intel:

* Your car park number and level info? It's right there on the swipe card for quick reference.

Someone has parked in your Spot:

*  Please send an image of the offending vehicle with its Registration number and the car space number to bookings@hrsp.com.au and we will arrange to have the vehicle towed. Please also inform us of your vehicles registration number. In the meantime please park in any unreserved car space you can find.
