Effortless Check-Out: Your Simple Guide

* Please note, check out is by 10am on your day of departure.  

As your stay concludes, a few easy steps ensure a smooth check-out:

1. Tidy Up:

* Take out garbage and recycling.

* Turn off heating/cooling and all lights.

2. Kitchen Courtesy:

* Ensure the kitchen sparkles. Cleaners do not clean the kitchen, so please leave it gleaming for the next guest.

3. Belongings Check:

* Before you go, check for all your belongings. We want to make sure nothing is left behind.

4. Key Return:

* Pop the keys back into the locked box at our office's front. The code remains the same as when you checked in.

Note of Caution:

* Be mindful, additional cleaning charges (minimum $265) may apply if the apartment isn't left in a reasonable condition. This covers emergency cleaning for the next guest. We appreciate your help in keeping things spick-and-span!
