 4. Key Retrieval: * Open the locked box, find the envelope with your name, and take only that ONE envelope. 
 5. Inside the Envelope: * Your keys and stay instructions are inside. Everything you need for a great stay! 
 6. Navigate with Ease: * Follow enclosed instructions to find your designated car space and apartment. It's a breeze! 
 7. Video Guide: * Watch the video for a visual guide on collecting keys and navigating from our office. PS, there is also a map below that shows you how to walk from our office to the resort in just 6 minutes. &nbsp;Designed to make the process a cinch!

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and that includes flexibility with your check-in and check-out times. Here's what you need to know: Normal Check-In:
The standard check-in time is anytime after 2 pm, and there's no extra charge for this. Early Check-In Option:
If you prefer an earlier check-in at &nbsp;12 pm (midday), or 1 pm, we offer this service at an additional cost to cover the expense of employing extra cleaners. Here are the charges: * 12 pm (midday): Additional $135*1 pm: Additional $85 Availability: Early check-in is subject to availability, and we recommend organizing this at least 36 hours before your arrival. Late check-out is only available if organised at least 48 hours before your check out time and is subject to availability. &nbsp;We will need to employ extra cleaners to prepare the apartment for the next guest hence this cannot be organised on your day of departure. If you go down a ramp, you've turned too early. 3. Turning at the Top: * At the top of the ramp, turn left at the roundabout. Look for the second roller door on your left, labeled "guest parking." Effortless Check-Out: Your Simple Guide* Please note, check out is by 10am on your day of departure. &nbsp;As your stay concludes, a few easy steps ensure a smooth check-out: 
 1. Tidy Up: * Take out garbage and recycling.* Turn off heating/cooling and all lights. 
 2. Kitchen Courtesy: * Ensure the kitchen sparkles. Cleaners do not clean the kitchen, so please leave it gleaming for the next guest. 
 3. Belongings Check: * Before you go, check for all your belongings. We want to make sure nothing is left behind. 
 4. Key Return: * Pop the keys back into the locked box at our office's front. The code remains the same as when you checked in. 
 Note of Caution: * Be mindful, additional cleaning charges (minimum $265) may apply if the apartment isn't left in a reasonable condition. This covers emergency cleaning for the next guest. We appreciate your help in keeping things spick-and-span!

Sauna and Spa

All guests have access to the fantastic resort facilities within the secure complex. Chevron Renaissance has three magnificent pools, with the outdoor (lagoon) pool area one of the largest under the Gold Coast sun. The lagoon pool has its own beach and is heated in winter. The two main pools are accessible from all three towers. There is also an indoor lap pool which can be accessed from Tower 1. Adjacent to the main pool area and gardens, you’ll&nbsp;find covered outdoor barbecue and entertainment areas that are perfect for relaxing whilst you take in the Gold Coast scenery on your perfect holiday. Children are not forgotten at Chevron Renaissance. There is an indoor games room that is sure to amuse the kids. You have chosen the ideal destination for your family holiday.

Resort Facilities

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and that includes flexibility with your check-in and check-out times. Here's what you need to know: 
 Normal Check-In:
 The standard check-in time is anytime after 2 pm, and there's no extra charge for this. 
 Early Check-In Option:
 If you prefer an earlier check-in at &nbsp;12 pm (midday), or 1 pm, we offer this service at an additional cost to cover the expense of employing extra cleaners. 
 Here are the charges: * 12 pm (midday): Additional $135 *1 pm: Additional $85 
 Availability: Early check-in is subject to availability, and we recommend organizing this at least 36 hours before your arrival. Please contact us at bookings@hrsp.com.au to make arrangements. 
 Late Check-Out:
 Late check-out is only available if organised at least 48 hours before your check out time and is subject to availability.&nbsp; We will need to employ extra cleaners to prepare the apartment for the next guest hence this cannot be organised on your day of departure. &nbsp; 
 Here are the options: * 11 am: Additional $85 &nbsp;* 12 pm (midday): Additional $135
