Smooth Arrival, Enjoyable Stay: Your Easy Guide
Excitement awaits as you embark on your stay with us. Here's your simple guide to ensure a seamless arrival:
Check-In Time:
Check-in starts at 2 pm. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this schedule.
Check-In Location:
Head to our office at Shop 2/3142 Surfers Paradise Boulevard for a smooth key collection.
Locked Box Code:
At 2 pm on your arrival day, we'll send you the code to the locked box via text and email. No rush—anytime after 2 pm works perfectly, even midnight if that’s when you arrive!
Key Retrieval:
Inside the locked box you’ll find your envelope, clearly marked with your name. Please take only your envelope.
Inside the Envelope:
You will receive two full sets of keys (including fobs or swipe cards). This makes it easier for families or groups to come and go.
Please ensure both sets are returned to our office at the end of your stay. A replacement fee of $165 per setapplies if keys, fobs, or swipe cards are not returned.
Navigate with Ease:
Follow the enclosed instructions to find your designated car space and apartment. It's a breeze!

A handy map is included below to help you walk or drive from our office to the resort.
Walk-Through:
Upon arrival, do a quick walk-through of the apartment. If anything needs attention, please let us know.
