Smooth Arrival, Enjoyable Stay: Your Easy Guide

Excitement awaits as you embark on your stay with us. Here's your simple guide to ensure a seamless arrival:

1. Check-In Time:

   • Check-in starts at 2 pm. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this schedule.

2. Check-In Location:

   • Head to our office at Shop 2/3142 Surfers Paradise Boulevard for a smooth key collection.

3. Locked Box Code:

   • At 2 pm on your arrival day, we'll send you the code to the locked box via text and email. No rush—anytime after 2 pm works perfectly, even midnight if that’s when you arrive!

4. Key Retrieval:

   • Inside the locked box you’ll find your envelope, clearly marked with your name. Please take only your envelope.

5. Inside the Envelope:

   • You will receive two full sets of keys (including fobs or swipe cards). This makes it easier for families or groups to come and go.

   • Please ensure both sets are returned to our office at the end of your stay. A replacement fee of $165 per setapplies if keys, fobs, or swipe cards are not returned.

6. Navigate with Ease:

   • Follow the enclosed instructions to find your designated car space and apartment. It's a breeze!

7. Map Guide:

   • A handy map is included below to help you walk or drive from our office to the resort, along with a video of how to check in. 

8. Walk-Through:

   • Upon arrival, do a quick walk-through of the apartment. If anything needs attention, please let us know.

9. Communication:

   • Everything you need to know for your stay is in this guide. If there’s anything we’ve missed, please reach out via text (+61 467 777 333) or email (bookings@hrsp.com.au).
