1. Check-In Time:

   • Check-in starts at 2 pm. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this schedule.

2. Check-In Location:

   • Head to our office at Shop 2/3142 Surfers Paradise Boulevard for a smooth key collection.

3. Locked Box Code:

   • At 2 pm on your arrival day, we'll send you the code to the locked box via text and email. No rush—anytime after 2 pm works perfectly, even midnight if that’s when you arrive!

4. Key Retrieval:

   • Inside the locked box you’ll find your envelope, clearly marked with your name. Please take only your envelope.

5. Inside the Envelope:

   • You will receive two full sets of keys (including fobs or swipe cards). This makes it easier for families or groups to come and go.

   • Please ensure both sets are returned to our office at the end of your stay. A replacement fee of $165 per setapplies if keys, fobs, or swipe cards are not returned.

6. Navigate with Ease:

   • Follow the enclosed instructions to find your designated car space and apartment. It's a breeze!

7. Map Guide:

   • A handy map is included below to help you walk or drive from our office to the resort.

8. Walk-Through:

   • Upon arrival, do a quick walk-through of the apartment. If anything needs attention, please let us know.

9. Communication:

   • Everything you need to know for your stay is in this guide. If there’s anything we’ve missed, please reach out via text (+61 467 777 333) or email (bookings@hrsp.com.au).

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and that includes flexibility with your check-in and check-out times. Here's what you need to know:

Normal Check-In: The standard check-in time is anytime after 2 pm, and there's no extra charge for this.

Early Check-In Option:

If you prefer an earlier check-in at  12 pm (midday), or 1 pm, we offer this service at an additional cost to cover the expense of employing extra cleaners.

Here are the charges:

* 12 pm (midday): Additional $135

*1 pm: Additional $85

Availability:

Early check-in is subject to availability, and we recommend organizing this at least 36 hours before your arrival. Please contact us at bookings@hrsp.com.au to make arrangements.

Late Check-Out:

Late check-out is only available if organised at least 48 hours before your check out time and is subject to availability.  We will need to employ extra cleaners to prepare the apartment for the next guest hence this cannot be organised on your day of departure.  

Here are the options:

* 11 am: Additional $85  

* 12 pm (midday): Additional $135

Normal Check-Out Time: The standard check-out time is 10 am, and there's no charge for this.

* Please note, check out is by 10am on your day of departure.  

As your stay concludes, a few easy steps ensure a smooth check-out:

1. Tidy Up:

* Take out garbage and recycling.

* Turn off heating/cooling and all lights.

2. Kitchen Courtesy:

* Ensure the kitchen sparkles. Cleaners do not clean the kitchen, so please leave it gleaming for the next guest.

3. Belongings Check:

* Before you go, check for all your belongings. We want to make sure nothing is left behind.

4. Key Return:

* Pop the keys back into the locked box at our office's front. The code remains the same as when you checked in.

Note of Caution:

* Be mindful, additional cleaning charges (minimum $265) may apply if the apartment isn't left in a reasonable condition. This covers emergency cleaning for the next guest. We appreciate your help in keeping things spick-and-span!

Finding your parking spot is a breeze at HR Surfers Paradise - Circle on Cavill! Follow these simple steps:

Location:

* Your parking awaits at the Circle on Cavill, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.

Entry:

* Follow signage to the Residential Car Park.  It is past the reception on the left hand side.  The residential car park is the second driveway, piece of cake!

Swipe & Raise:

* Use the swipe FOB from the envelope you picked up at our office to swipe at the card reader. Voila! The gate on your left hand side will open.

Card Intel:

* Your car park number and level info? It's right there on the key tag for quick reference.  Follow the signs to your basement level.  Please note then only use the north tower lifts to access your apartment.  

Extra Cars? No Problem:

* Got more wheels? Park them at Bruce Bishop Car Park, just a 2-3 minute stroll away. Easy online booking available!

Someone parked in your allocated spot?

If this happens, please use any available unreserved car space. To show you are a guest, place the envelope you received with your keys (with your name and booking details) on your dashboard, making it clearly visible.

Keep It Sealed: When the air conditioning is on, please ensure all external doors and windows are closed. It helps in maintaining the desired temperature and keeps the cool (or warm) air right where it belongs – inside!

Temperature Sweet Spots: In summer, set your A/C to a cool 24 degrees, and in winter, embrace the warmth with a cozy range of 18 to 20 degrees. It's the perfect recipe for comfort.

Switch Off, Step Out: When leaving the apartment, don't forget to turn off the air conditioner. It's an easy way to save energy and keep things eco-friendly.

False Alarms: Should the fire brigade be dispatched to the property due to a false alarm, please note that this will result in a fine from the fire department. These fines are considerable and will be passed on to the guest responsible for triggering the false alarm. To avoid such situations, we kindly ask you to adhere strictly to our non-smoking policy.

After Hours Support: We understand that questions or concerns can arise at any time in regards to the smoke detectors.
